Cable cast on increasing : tutorial

 

When you have to increase more than 2 stitches at a border, for sleeves or underarm , you can  increase with the cable cast-on as follows:

 

1. Insert Right needle between the 1st and 2nd st	2. Wrap the working yarn around needle
3. Pull a loop through the 2 st	4. Transfer the new st on Left needle
5. One new st increased	6. Start again from 1 to 5 for the desired number of st.
7. New stitches increased	8. Knit these new stitches
